In this codicil to the canned adventure, "The Grand Performance", Christian has run off in vaporous form to find his coffin in an old wine/beer cellar/cave (the titular Keller Sanguinaire") north of his manor house. The party is in hot pursuit.
Outside the Keller entrance are some constructs Christian had acquired over the course of his long life. They are instructed to prevent the living from entering this cave.
Inside, things are not what they seem. Emissaries of Talbaste Abrayafin, Priestess of Lolth, have replaced the cave entrance with a portal to one of their temples. They have also abducted Christian's coffin from its resting place. When the party enters, they traverse a short tunnel which opens out onto a bridge over an underground river. On the bridge are two priestesses of Lolth, surrounded by white flags. On the far side of the bridge wait three driders and many drow warriors.
The drow want to parlay. If the party talks to the priestesses, they learn that Christian had just completed shooting for a soap opera titled "Hiding from Sunshine". There are plans for several more seasons, which the drow want to see completed. They ask the party to leave Christian in their care, promising that he will not harm any more civilians on the surface world. In exchange, they offer the party a scroll of Teleport which they can use to return home with the mage weed. For this generous gift, the drow request the party to perform an additional service. They provide instructions on how to return to the drow after dropping off the weed.
